Our goal is to provide recreational sports for kids that attend Lakeshore Elementary School, Lakeshore Middle School
and those who attend Mount Mourne IB, Pine Lake Prep, Langtree & Iredell Charter and home school kids in the area
- where Lakeshore would be their home school.
Our Mission is to teach the general rules and regulations of the various sports, instill a sense of teamwork and character in each player and to teach the skills needed to succeed outside the organization as players progress toward middle school and high school sports.
LYAA is an all volunteer, non-profit organization!
Proceeds from sports registrations, sponsors, and fundraisers are used to purchase new sports equipment, maintain fields or they are donated to Lakeshore schools in ways such as the new staircase to the upper field, batting cages, new sports equipment, etc.
